BOOTH DESCRIPTONS & PHOTOS

*Most of the photos below depict the spaces as they look empty (pre-show) to give you a sense of what the space looks like and how much you can fit, what the flooring is like, how to plan for displays, tents, booth decorations, etc.

 

*All spaces are priced per show, meaning the price noted includes your rental for both Saturday & Sunday.  

 

*THE MAJORITY OF SPACES ARE LOCATED UNDER ROOF (but we have open air top of the sides). There are a few newly added spots that are along the front fence perimeter & front wall perimeter that are not, but these are noted on the registration form. Those will be noted as "OUTSIDE" in the descriptions below. If not labeled as such, the space IS under the barn and covered. We are proud to say: THE SHOW GOES ON, RAIN OR SHINE!

THE ARENA

**PRE-APPROVAL ONLY**

$200 each or included with sponsorship package

(10'w x 12'd)

 

Located on smooth cement floor. A high-traffic area situated between bleachers. Vendors will have a hogwire fence and bleachers to their backs.  There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths.

There are limited number of these available as they first are provided to our sponsors and these may not be availble until closer to time of the show.

MARKET SQUARE

3 Options:

  • Small (10'x10') - $85 each 
  • Medium (10'w x 15'd) -$125 each
  • Large (10'w x 20d') - $150 each

 

Located on smooth cement floor near the main shopper entrance. Typically larger spaces in high-traffic area. Some of these spaces are located along the inner perimeter wall of the venue. Vendors will have either a concrete wall or another vendor's booth at their backs. But some of the spaces, usually the 10 x 20's have no sides or backs.

 

MARKET SQUARE

MAIN AISLE

16'w x 8'd - $150 each

 

Located on slightly uneven asphalt floor along the main shopper entry way. Generally the FIRST spaces that shoppers encounter as they enter the covered venue.  Vendors will have a short (4') fence to their backs. There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths.

 

NOTE: THESE ARE THE LAST SPACES TO SET UP ON FRIDAY'S SET UP DAY AND THE FIRST NEEDED OUT ON SUNDAY!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE SHORT SET UP/TEAR DOWN TIME WITH THESE SPACES!!

 

 

CENTER AISLE

2 options:

  • Inside space (10'w x 15'd) - $89
  • End space (10'w x 15'd) - $99

 

Center aisle is in the foreground of this photo, with the pipe fence at the rear. Marketside South and North areas are behind the pipe fencing. Centrally located within the venue on slightly uneven asphalt floor. Vendors will have a short (4') pipe fence structure to their backs. There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths.

 THESE ARE THE LAST SPACES TO LOAD-IN & SET UP ON CHECK-IN DAY AND THE FIRST OUT ON SUNDAY!  IF YOU FEEL YOU REQUIRE A LONGER THAN 2-HOUR SET UP TIME, THIS MAY NOT BE THE SPACE FOR YOU. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING THIS SECTION.

MARKETSIDE SOUTH 

2 options:

  • End Space (12'w x 8'd) -  $65
  • Inside Space (10'w x 8'd) - $55

MARKETSIDE

NORTH AND EAST

3 options:

  • Lg End (16'wx8'd) - $70
  • Sm. End (12'w x 8'd) - $55
  • Inside (10'w x 8'd) - $45

These sections make up the majority of the spaces at Flea Fest. Marketside South is generally viewed as the more popular of these sections as it is closer to the main entrance. Centrally located within the venue, all of these booths are located on uneven packed dirt, while shoppers walk on concrete walkways. Vendors will have a short (4') fence at their backs. There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths. The row end (corner) booth spaces within these sections are slightly larger than the row inner spaces, and also feature a short fence on one booth side. 

MARKETSIDE NORTH & SOUTH WALLED

 

10' x 10' - $75.

 

These entire sections (not each individual space) are surrounded by a 6' concrete wall. Located on smooth concrete floor. Some of these spaces are located along the inner perimeter wall. All will have a 6' concrete wall at their backs. The end of row (corner) spaces will also have a concrete wall on one side. There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths.

South Walled section is closer to shopper entrance, but has no nearby electrical outlets. North Walled section is further from main shopper entrance, but does have nearby electrical outlets. 

 

 

CORRAL EAST & WEST

4 Options:  

  • Corral Medium (10'w x       15'd) - $80
  • Corral Small (10'x10') - $50
  • Corral Mini (10'w x 8'd) - $45

 

All corral spaces are located on packed, possibly uneven dirt. Most vendors will have a 5' tall gate structure at their back. There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths for most of these spaces, with a very few exceptions.

This area can be slightly dustier than other areas of the venue. If you have extremely dust-sensitive merchandise, please consider this prior to booking this section.

 

CORRAL STALLS

10'x10' - $45 each

 

The Corral Stalls are actual horse stalls with tall walls on all 4 sides and a dirt floor. These spaces cannot be combined to make a larger space because the walls that divide them are very high. 

This area can be slightly dustier than other areas of the venue. If you have extremely dust-sensitive merchandise, please consider this prior to booking this section.

 

THE ALLEY

10' x 10' - $55 each

 

(Trailers are permitted on the East side of this aisle, to the right in this photo, but must book enough 10' spaces to accommodate trailer including tongue and door opening.)

 

These spaces are located on slightly uneven asphalt/dirt in the covered breezeway between the Event Barn (Flea Fest venue) & the Burton Coliseum. There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths. There is a secondary shopper entrance near these, so some of the shoppers actually enter here and see these spaces FIRST!  This area also has a high possibility of wind, please consider this when booking.

OFFICE SPACES 

 

10'w x 8'd - $75 each

 

PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR THESE. EMAIL US AT info@fleafest.com for approval.

 

These spaces are located on slightly uneven asphalt/dirt flanking the side of the building that houses the office & venue restrooms in the center of the venue.  Vendors will have a cinderblock wall (the office) to their backs. There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths. This section is near the Farmer's Market & sometimes is the locations for pet rescues such as dog or cat rescues. Please be aware of that prior to asking to book in this section. 

BACK LOT

 

20'w x 10'd- $90 each

 

These spaces are located on uneven dirt in the section on the East portion of the venue, behind the office.  These are the EASTERN-MOST spaces in the venue and all the way to the back. Some will have an 7' tall pipe fencing (horse stalls) as their backs. There is no structural separation between side neighboring booths. These spaces are the closest to the vendor parking lot, so if you are needing to be closer to parking, this may be a good option.

UNCOVERED OUTSIDE SPACES

 

Several Options:

  • Gateside Fence (15'w x 20d) - $250 each (Flanking the gate along front fenceline)
  • Gateside Wall (10'w x 20'd) - $225 each (Flanking the MAIN Entrance into the building)
  • Fence/Wall Spaces (10'w x 20'd) - $125 each.  Along the building front wall & front fenceline at entrance gate. There is one along the wall that is 10'x10' for $100.

These spaces are great for those vendors who may want to sell directly out of their trailers, but they are not protected in the event of rain. We suggest having a VERY strong commercial-grade tent that is VERY well-anchored or a trailer to sell out of in these spaces. Regular "tail-gaiting" tents will likely NOT widthstand the wind we sometimes encounter at this venue, as it is very wide-open and often has higher winds than some areas overnight. We highly recommend that if you do have this type of covering and book one of these spaces, that you tear it down each night to possibly prevent wind damage.
